Dental Staff

Dr. Mester was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York.  He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John's University in New York, graduating Summa Cum Laude.  He was awarded a Health Professions Scholarship by the United State Army to attend dental school and he graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Columbia University, College of Dental Medicine in 2004.  He received several prestigious awards upon graduation including the Outstanding General Practitioner Award, and Divisional excellence in Oral Radiology Awards.

In June of 2004, Dr. Mester went on Active Duty in the U. S. Army to serve his country.  As the Chief of Operations for the 257th Medical Company (Dental Services), Captain Mester has deployed in support of the Hurricane Katrina relief effort and in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.  His ribbons include the Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Iraqi Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, and Humanitarian Service Medal.

Since 2005 as a General Dentist, Dr. Mester has practiced dentistry and served more than fifty thousand patients at all three of his office locations in the Fayetteville area.  From various crowns, bridges, molar root canals, as well as dental implants and wisdom teeth extractions, Dr. Mester enjoys improving his surgery skills and maintaining every patient’s total oral health.  He is dedicated in continuously practicing dentistry, improving his knowledge and mastery of the latest dental technologies and providing a wide range of dental services to our community.

Dr. Mester and his wife Jing, make their home in Fayetteville, NC with their two children.  During his leisure time, he enjoys traveling, building repairs and spending time with family.

Dr. Oh was born in Seoul, South Korea and moved to the United States at the age of eight years old.  She grew up in Ellicott City, Maryland and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Minor in Music from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.  After graduating, she continued her education at the LECOM School of Dental Medicine where she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.

Dr. Oh enjoys providing dental services to a wide range of patients including children, adults and the elderly.  She is dedicated to delivering excellent dental care and is looking forward to using her skills to serve our community. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, trying new foods, being active outdoors, and playing the violin. 

Dr. Zhu was born and raised in China, and moved to the United States when she was fifteen years old. She attended University of South Florida and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology, and Minor in Biomedical Anthropology. She continued her education at the LECOM School of Dental Medicine, where she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Zhu enjoys music, anime, and doing arts and crafts. She is also a big fan of gaming and esports. 

Dr. Zhu is passionate to provide dental services for patients of all ages. Being bilingual in Chinese and English, she is motivated to improve the quality of life for the multicultural community through kind, compassionate and competent care.

Brittany was born and raised in Fayetteville, NC and is a graduate of Grays Creek High School. She attended Fayetteville Technical Community College, where she completed her degree in Dental Hygiene and earned her license to practice in 2020.

She has always lived in the Fayetteville/Hope Mills area. She is married and has two children, Sawyer and Olivia. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family as well as attending various events in the Fayetteville area. She is a baseball fanatic, proudly supporting the Atlanta Braves.

Brittany is passionate about dental hygiene and enjoys helping patients reach their dental goals. She believes there is a need for patient education.  She takes pride in spending extra time with her patients to educate them about proper hygiene techniques, dental aids, and to explain treatment needs/procedures. She is very excited to join the Fayetteville Family Dental team and she can’t wait to meet you!

Christina was born and raised in Fayetteville, North Carolina. She is an Honor Graduate of Fayetteville Technical Community College, having earned a degree in Dental Hygiene. While working as a full-time dental hygienist, she furthered her education at Southern New Hampshire University, where she graduated with honors, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health.  Christina is a Board-Certified Radiology instructor and currently teaches Radiology and Coronal Polishing to both current and upcoming dental professionals.

Christina believes in providing compassionate, patient-centered care that respects each patient and their needs, while building trusting relationships that allow patients to feel heard and valued. She is an advocate for ensuring that all of her patients receive a thorough visit that promotes the importance of oral health with respect to systemic health. Promoting long-term wellness is the corner stone of her approach to treatment, thus she understands the importance of collaborating with each individual patient, in an effort to help them create a more personalized home care plan.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and husband of 25 years. She takes great pride in being an Army mom of two and a college mom of two, but the grandbaby steals the show! Christina is an avid crafter and like many, anxiously awaits the first weekend of football to cheer on the K.C. Chiefs.
